Portraits are like a portal to a passed time..
We met at Gates Pass in Tucson, Arizona. The scenery was absolutely breath taking with perfect weather for occasion; capturing family portraits for this momma and her kiddos.. Kiddos that aren’t such kiddos anymore. Which was exactly why we were freezing this precious season of life for them in the form of family portraits.
The session over all was a blast! They were an absolutely hoot!! I especially loved that each one of them showed up to the scene with their own styles that reflected who they are. As we scaled mountain sides, jumped from the roof tops, and scraped with the local cacti, we decide the best title for this session should be “Don’t Die!”. Ok, so maybe it wasn’t that intense… we stayed mostly on the trails and didn’t actually jump from rooftops, and no one was assaulted by the cacti, thankfully! None the less it was definitely an adventure and so much fun!!
I am beyond honored to have been part of this time in their lives and I look forward to the next session with them!
